As we continue to establish headcount in Berlin, we are looking for talented Business Development and Account Executive profiles to join our team. The ideal candidates should be ambitious with strong communication skills, people who are willing to jump into a startup environment and build their skill set within Berlin’s newest marketing technology company.

 

DEMAND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities of this position:

-The core responsibility of this position is to strategically grow our advertiser portfolio through high activity levels and networking

-Your objective is to acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers across focus markets and focus verticals

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth

-Partner with internal cross-functional team members to situate your accounts for success and drive account growth

-Lead market penetration and assume a willingness to be the face of the company in your markets of focus

-Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising

-Attend key industry events and conferences

-Represent Avow and articulate our value proposition to key decision makers in top mobile companies

 

Requirements of this position:

-1to3 years professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management preferably in AdTech/Mobile Industry

-Proven sales and interpersonal skills

-Possess a solid knowledge foundation of key mobile advertising functions inclusive of tracking/attribution and optimization

-Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university

-Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer requirements, end to end

-Team player with an ability to work independently when required

-Attentive to details and previous CRM experience a plus

-Extremely organized and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously

 


 

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities of this position

-Manage your own portfolio of clients: conducting sales calls and meetings, negotiating contracts, and providing customers with valuable insights and offerings as part of an on-going, consultative relationship

-Develop quarterly growth strategies across accounts

-Educate new customers about Avow’s value proposition, the current compliance landscape and market trends

-Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth

-Represent Avow at key client meetings and industry events

-Exceed daily and monthly IO targets

 

Desired skills and qualities

-1 to 3 years of applicable experience within the mobile advertising space

-Capable interpersonal skills; willing and able to unlock and develop new relationships

-Ability to generate and handle a high amount of activities per day

-Possess a solid knowledge foundation of key mobile advertising functions inclusive of tracking/attribution and optimization methodology 

-Consultative and analytical sales approach, with focus on building sustainable partnerships with clients

-Ability to confidently represent Avow’s solution and establish credibility as reliable matter expert in the field of mobile advertising

-Problem solver
